Attention: Automatic Bill Pay

On July 21, 2025, Harris County MUD #53 changed the billing vendor used to process our “Automatic Bill Pay” for credit card and ACH payments (electronic check from a bank account). Unfortunately, when the vendor change took place, credit card and checking account numbers were not transferred to the new bill pay processor.
If you were previously enrolled in “Automatic Bill Pay”, and have not yet re-enrolled , OR would like to enroll for the first time, please go to the Water Bill link, click on “Manage Account”, then “Manage Automatic Bill Pay”, and then choose the method that you would like to use to make your future payments.
